Questions you might have now
Your invoice is attached to the confirmation email, which arrives within a few minutes of payment. Stripe also sends you a copy directly. If it needs to be reissued to a different company name, VAT number or billing address, email us and we will take care of it.
Check your spam or junk folder first and search for marketing@ra-movers-network-event.com. If it still is not there, email us with the reference number shown at the top of this page and we will resend it.
Not yet. We are finalising the event hotel and the rate for attendees. As soon as it is confirmed we will email everyone who has registered with the hotel details, the rate and how to book. There is nothing you need to do in the meantime.
Yes. Email us your booking reference together with the new attendee’s name, email address and phone number, and we will update the registration for you.
We issue official invitation letters for visa applications. Email us as soon as you can and we will tell you exactly what we need from you. Start early — visa appointments can take several weeks.
If your plans change, contact us as early as possible at marketing@ra-movers-network-event.com and we will confirm the options for your booking.
The four-day outline is already on the Event 2027 page. Session times, speakers and the speed-dating schedule are added as they are confirmed, and everyone who has registered gets an email when the detailed programme goes live.
Yes. Booth space and sponsor packages are limited, so it is worth asking early. Reply to your confirmation email, or write to us at marketing@ra-movers-network-event.com, and we will send you the current options.

- Company need to be member of any National and or International moving association (or minimum of 5 years in moving business)

All prices exclude VAT (21% VAT is added for companies registered in the Netherlands). Every attendee ticket includes access to the meeting room, the cocktail opening, lunches, activities and the dinner.

Non active member need to pay a one-time company fee (amount announced soon) to participate the event. This 1 shot fee is per company, for example, if you want to join with 3 people from the same company they only need to pay this fee once and then the usual registration attendees fee. This fee will be used as a trial at ReloAdvisor, so you'll receive 250 EUR worth of leads
