Because the event takes the hotel for the week, everyone registered books at our negotiated conference rate — well below what the same room costs on the open market.
The room block is limited and is released in the order registrations come in. Once it is gone the hotel returns to public pricing, so registering early is what secures the rate — there is no code or promotion to hunt for.

Every session, meal and coffee break takes place inside the hotel, so the meeting schedule never depends on transfers. The evening programme starts from the hotel pier or entrance.
The hotel sits on a hill inside the historic gardens of Dolmabahçe Palace in Beşiktaş, with the Bosphorus directly below it and the city centre a short walk away. It is a five-star property with 567 rooms and suites, a large spa with indoor and outdoor pools, several restaurants and bars — including the rooftop 16 Roofs — and 29 event rooms, which is why the whole programme fits under one roof.
- Dolmabahçe PalaceThe 19th-century Ottoman palace on the waterfront. The hotel stands in its former gardens, so it is about 10 minutes downhill on foot.
- Beşiktaş waterfront & ferry piersCafés, the fish market and the boats to the Asian side. Roughly 15 minutes downhill on foot, or 5 minutes by taxi.
- Maçka Park & NişantaşıThe park begins a couple of minutes from the door. Walk up through it and you reach Nişantaşı’s designer shopping streets in about 15 minutes.
- Taksim & İstiklal StreetThe main pedestrian street and the nightlife around it. About 20 minutes on foot, or take the Maçka–Taşkışla cable car from Maçka Park — a 3–4 minute ride that leaves you a short walk from Taksim Square.
- OrtaköyThe waterfront mosque, the bridge view and the weekend market. About 10 minutes by taxi along the shore, or a 30-minute walk if the weather is kind.
- Cross to the Asian sideWalk down to the Beşiktaş piers and take the ferry to Kadıköy or Üsküdar for lunch. The crossing is around 20 minutes, boats run every 15–20 minutes through the day, and you pay with an İstanbulkart — the best-value view in the city.
- The old cityHagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace and the Grand Bazaar. Easiest is down to Kabataş and then the T1 tram straight to Sultanahmet; allow 30–40 minutes each way, or 25–35 by taxi outside rush hour.
- Galata & KaraköyGalleries, rooftop bars and the Galata Tower — a good afternoon before the boat tour.
- Hammam & spaBook a traditional hammam in the hotel's spa or at a historic bath in Beşiktaş or Cağaloğlu.
- Getting thereIstanbul Airport (IST) is about 45 km, Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) about 50 km — allow 60–90 minutes by taxi or transfer.
